We warrants that new equipment to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 13 months (four months for accessories,six months for Angelsounds)from shipment date under normal use and service. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing, at our option, any part which is upon our examination proves defective.
The following item will not be involved in the warranty:
1) Caused by misuse, negligence or accidents;
2) Caused by modification or repair by anyone except us or our designated person;
3) From which Jumper original serial number label or product identification marks have been altered or removed
Parts will be available for a maximum period of five (5) years after any equipment has been discontinued. Parts shall include all materials, instructions, diagrams and accessories that were furnished with the standard models.
Return and Freight policy:
Be sure confirm with our sales before any return, machine or parts, to avoid customs problem.
1. Within Warranty: The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the equipment and/or parts is shipped to Jumper or service (this includes custom charges). Jumper is responsible for the freight & insurance charges from Jumper to the customer.
2. After Warranty: The customer is responsible for any freight & insurance charges.
Technical Training:
Jumper will provide the service training with free to the distributors at Jumper Medical headoffice in Shenzhen only. The traffic & accommodation charge will be on the distributors’account. And jumper provide technical assistance via e-mail, fax or telephone at any working moment.
